A little bit about Alexis…
As a native Californian and the 3rd generation to grow up here in Los Angeles, my roots run deep within the community. I come from a family that’s passionate about real estate and feel a strong connection to those who believe in investing in the city. As the daughter of part time house flippers, real estate has been a natural fit for me and a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I really enjoy the business and appreciate all the professional and personal aspects that are involved. I can’t imagine doing anything else.
Being licensed in California since 1999, I have enjoyed many years of successful business working at large companies such as Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. In addition, I worked for a private developer selling new construction and am now established at a boutique agency, Molloy Real Estate Services, located in Santa Monica, family owned & operated since 1962.
I have sold a wide range of properties over the years and represented Buyers and Sellers in all price ranges, from 1st time Buyers to seasoned investors throughout the Los Angeles area including Brentwood, West Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Marina Del Rey, and many other neighborhoods. My experience in sales includes Single Family Homes, Condominiums and Income properties in all price ranges.
